Welcome to my first Hocking Hills wedding of 2022! It was such a perfect way to start off my busiest year of weddings in the 12 years I’ve been doing weddings for couples throughout Ohio. I love the Hocking Hills so much. It makes my heart sing to be there. This gem of a location at Hocking Hills Scenic Weddings is situated very close to Hocking Hills. It has it’s very own beautiful views of the hills along with a private pond. The reception venue it’s self is called The Hangar and is so so cool. Its one of the most unique locations I’ve ever done a wedding at.
This Hocking Hills wedding day day started out with rain and as soon as I walked into the Bridal Suite the bride asked what I thought of the weather. As a photographer is spend A LOT of time looking at weather forecast, way more than you would ever imagine! Haha! It’s funny because as a teen I thought I might go into meteorology, but instead went into ART! Who knew they would relate eventually! Well I told the bride that I was confident it was going to clear and the sun would shine through and it did! But even if it didn’t I always bring my clear umbrellas for the bride and groom. I guarantee we would still get some amazing photographs of their wedding day!
The day unfolded beautifully with Aaron and Jennifer surrounded by their close friends and family on this spring day in April.
