Do you have people in your life that you feel like you just know them, but you’ve never even met them in real life? Joining this family in welcoming their new baby into the family with newborn photos is such an honor to me. To join people in their home, their sacred places is not something that I take lightly. These photos are bound to live on in this families hearts and home for a very long time. I know that the beauty of a family film and photo session is that looking back on these will only get better and sweeter with time.
I love how this family coordinated so well. At the same time was not too matchy matchy. Here is a pinterest board I’ve made with some suggestions on perfectly coordinating with each other, but not over doing it. Part of me says don’t worry about what you are wearing, but the other part of me (the part who’s had my own family photos done) says that you need to look good and feel comfortable so that you can just be yourself in your photos and not worry about if you are standing or sitting the right way to make your outfit look good.
